 CHILDREN TO WORK UNDER COVER      

 Shopkjepjrs who sell fireworks to      
 youngsters could soon bj caught by     
 children working undercover for the    
 Trading Standards department.          
                                        
 Officers plan to send children who look
 obviously under 16 into shops to see   
 which are prepared to sell to them.    
                                        
 A spokesman for Nottinghamshire Council
 said hundreds of youngsters are hurt in
 firework-related incidents every year.
