 MAN TO REBUILD FLATTENED HOUSE    
                                 
 A land-owner whose 18th-century "dream 
 cottage" in was flattened by bulldozers
 after a council planning row has vowed 
 to rebuild the £88,000 home.           
                                        
 Bill Pickavant claims the destruction  
 of the property in Wzmeswold, Ljics,   
 has cost his family £150,000 in lost   
 and damaged property and allied costs. 
                                        
 He has now submitted new plans for     
 permission to rebuild the cottage.
