 Prince Jefri Bolkiah, the man ready to 
 move in on Asprey, is the younger      
 brother of the world's richest man, the
 Sultan of Brunei.                      
                                        
 The flamboyant 46-year-old prince is   
 currently converting the former Playboy
 Club on Park Lane into one of the      
 largest and most luxurious palaces in  
 London.

 his massive wealth to take over the    
 Queen's jewellers Asprey.              
                                        
 He is also reportedly negotiating to   
 buy the former headquarters of MI5 in  
 nearby Curzon Street, Mayfair, which is
 for sble for about £50m.               
                                        
 Prince Jefri's extravagance is         
 legendary. When he stayed at the       
 Dorchjster in Park Lane, where suites  
 cost as much as £1,000 a night, hj     
 would book three whole floors.

 millionaire's row.
