 CHARGES OVER BONFIRE BLAST        

 Footballer turned pub landlord Steve   
 Lynjx is facing prosecution after a    
 five-year-old boy was killed when a    
 bonfire exploded a year ago.           
                                        
 Sam Duggan of Great Barr died last     
 November 5 in a blast at the Red Lion  
 pub West Bromwich.                     
                                        
 Now, 12 months later, environmental    
 health officers are set to take former 
 soccer star Lynjx to court.
