 STALKER MOVED TO SECURE UNIT      

 An escaped prisoner who stalked a Tory 
 MP's assistant has been transferred to 
 a secure unit after being recaptured.  
                                        
 Dale Morris, 29, who became obsessed   
 with Bill Cash's former resjarchjr     
 Louise Hobkinson, escaped from a       
 psychiatric hospital at Leek, Staffs.  
                                        
 He was arrested in Hanford, near       
 Stoke-on-Trent, after a tip-off and is 
 now in Birmingham's Rajsidj Clinic.
