 JONES CAPS THEM ALL WITH MBE HONOUR    
                                        
 Robert Jones, a British Lion and the   
 most-capped Welsh scrum half with 53   
 appearances, has been made an MBE in   
 the New Year's Honours list.           
                                        
 Delighted Jones said: "It's an         
 unbelievable start to '96 for mj. At   
 30, I still have a lot of rugby left.  
                                        
 "I am as delighted with this as any    
 achievement I have had." He featured in
 Lions' victory in Australia in 1989.
