 her Bucket - but she's determined to   
 mop up challenging new roles.          
                                        
  At an age when many others find work 
   drying up Patricia has "no intention 
   of surrendering quietly to old age". 
                                        
  Having quit Keeping Up Appearances,  
   her new role as 60-year-old detective
   Hertz Wainthropp occupies her until  
   June, followed by a theatre project.
