 SERBS "STILL HOLD 16 CAPTIVES" 

 A senior Bosnian govjrnmjnt office l   
 has denied French claims that          
 separatist rebel Serbs had released    
 three of 16 abducted civilians.        
                                        
 The Serbs had refused to free any of   
 those taken, said Amer Hadziomiragic.  
                                        
 He said three women had strayed into a 
 Serb-held area of Sarajevo yestezday   
 and had been released. "These three    
 have nothing to do with abducted 16."
