 HOSTAGES GONE, SAY GUERILLAS  

 Kashmiri separatists who seized four   
 Western hostages, including two        
 Britons, six months ago are claiming   
 the min are no longer with them.       
                                        
 But diplomats are said to be sceptical 
 about the claim by the Al-Faran group. 
                                        
 Keith Mangan, 33, and Paul Wells, 23,  
 were seized with a Norwegian who was   
 later killed. A German and American are
 also being held.
