 WOMAN BEATS OFF BRAIN VIRUS       

 Meningitis mum Christine Whittard is   
 making a miraculous recovjty only days 
 after the potentially fatal bug struck.
                                        
 Christine, 32, collapsed at her home in
 Uley, near Dursley, Gloucestershire,   
 at the weekend.                        
                                        
 But she soon began to show signs of    
 improvement and her family, who have   
 maintained a bedside vigil, hope she   
 will make a full recovery.
