 SANDFORD SET TO MAKE IT 300 FOR STOKE  
                                        
 Stoke City djfendjr Lee Sandford is set
 to make his 300th first team           
 appearance for the club in Saturday's  
 FA Cup clash with Nottingham Forest.   
                                        
 The 27-year-old missed out on reaching 
 the milestone when the New Year's Day  
 fixture with Charlton was postponed.   
                                        
 He was signed for £150,000 from        
 Portsmouth by then Stoke manager Alan  
 Ball part way through the 1989-90 term.
