 DRIVER CHARGED OVER DEATH CRASH   

 A lorry driver has been charged with   
 causing the deaths of a policeman and  
 his two sons in a road smash while on a
 Christmas shopping trip.               
                                        
 David Hogarth, 41, an inspector with   
 Derbyshire police, and his sons died in
 the crash at Parsley Hay on December 22
                                        
 A man of 26 from Wirksworth will appear
 in court at Buxton next week charged   
 with causing death bz dangerous driving
