 JOAN WINS BATTLE OVER BOOK      

 British actress Joan Collins won a     
 legal battle against publishers Random 
 House when a jury decided she could    
 keep a book advance.                   
                                        
 The jury ruled that Collins had        
 submitted a complete manuscript and    
 could keep not only her advance but    
 possibly additional money as well.     
                                        
 Her attorneys estimated Random House   
 may owe her another £530,000.
