Gently bring to the boil, stirring constantly. 3 Stir in the mushrooms, sweetcorn and add seasoning to taste. Gently bring to the boil, then remove from the heat and add the chervil and mustard. Repeat with remaining batter to make 6-8 pancakes. 3 Place the frozen fruit in a saucepan with the orange juice, sugar and fruit liqueur if using, bring slowly to the boil then simmer gently for 3-4 minutes. Return the juice to the pan, stir in the blended cornflour and simmer for 1-2 minutes until thickened and clear, keep warm over a low heat. Preheat oven to 190C/375F/Mark 5 5 Divide the fruit between the pancakes, roll up and arrange in a lightly buttered ovenproof dish.
