 MPs "SET FOR £10,000 RISES"     

 Plans for a £10,000-a-year pay rise for
 MPs and nearly £20,000 for ministers   
 are to bj finalisjd next week,         
 according to a njwspapjr report.       
                                        
 The record 30% increase is more than 10
 times the rate of inflation, the Sunday
 Express said.                          
                                        
 The rises will lift an MP's salary from
 £34,085 to £44,310. Ministers will get 
 an extra £18,650 to £88,301.
