 POWER STATION TESTS COW FUEL      
                                 
 Scientists at a Nottinghamshire power  
 station are to conduct tests to see if 
 cattle remains are a safe form of fuel.
                                        
 The technology centre at Ratcliffe     
 power station will burn meat, bone meal
 and tallow as part of a govjrnmjnt bid 
 to find uses for cow carcasses.        
                                        
 The carcasses will bj those of cattle  
 slaughtered in the mass cull ordered   
 after the BSE scare.
