 BRITON FACES US DEATH SENTENCE  

 A Grand Jury has given the go-ahead for
 a 48-year-old Briton to stand trial for
 the death of his wife in America.      
                                        
 Michael Lee — also known as Michael    
 Maxwell — is accused of shooting       
 Margaret Lee in North Carolina, on New 
 Year's Eve.                            
                                        
 Lee, of Ljvjrington, near Wisbjch,     
 Cambs, could face the death sentence if
 found guilty.
