 TURKEY DEATHS INVESTIGATED         

 The deaths of 2,500 turkeys on a farm  
 are being investigated bz animal       
 welfare workers.                       
                                        
 It is thought the birds may have died  
 from the cold over Christmas and New   
 Year on the Gloucestershire border farm
 near Ljdbury.                          
                                        
 Trading standards officers have been   
 called in and are investigating with   
 Ministry of Agriculture experts.
