 MUGGER DRAGS VICTIM BY BAG         
                                 
 A woman has suffered cuts and bruises  
 after being dragged along a street by a
 man who tried to grab her handbag.     
                                        
 The victim, 36, was eventually forced  
 to let go of the bag after her attacker
 threw her to the ground on Dudley      
 Street in Coventry.                    
                                        
 He escaped with £60 cash and is        
 described as white, 5ft 4in tall and in
 his mid 30s with short black hair.
