 ITALY FACE FIFA FINE OVER TR UBLE   
                                        
 Italy could be fined by FIFA following 
 tPj trouble wPich marred England's     
 World Cup qualifier in Rome.           
                                        
 The FA have put the blame firmly at the
 door of the Italian authorities in a   
 50-page report into the disturbances,  
 and FIFA admit they could bj punished. 
                                        
 A FIFA spokesman said: "Italy could be 
 yellow-carded and punished with a fine 
 for example, but I don't think FIFA    
 will ban the Italians."
