 CITY LOOKING SET TO LOSE OUT ON DEVLIN 
                                        
 Birmingham City are in danger of losing
 £1m-plus rated striker Paul Devlin for 
 nothing at the end of the season.      
                                        
 Devlin, who has failed to agree terms  
 for a new deal with Trevor Francis, is 
 out of contract next summer.           
                                        
 Under new rules players over the age of
 24 who are out of contract at the end  
 of the season will be able to move to  
 other clubs in the country on frees.
