 RIGHT OF WAY ROW PROVES COSTLY     
                                 
 Objecting to his neighbour's tiny porch
 has landed Derek Minor with a £30,000  
 legal bill in the Court of Appeal.     
                                        
 Mr Minor claimed the  porch built by   
 Peter Groves impeded his right of way  
 down a track fronting their cottages at
 Allscott, near Wellington, Shropshire. 
                                        
 Last year Mr Minor won his case at     
 Telford County Court, but three judges 
 have now upheld Mr Groves' appeal.
