 CRASH SCHOOLBOY "OVER LIMIT"       
                                 
 A public schoolboy who died after his  
 car crashed during a police chase was  
 over the legal drink-drive limit, an   
 inquest in Worcester heard.            
                                        
 Tests on the body of Julian Elwell, a  
 17-year-old boarder at Malvjtn College,
 Worcs, showed a blood alcohol reading  
 of 104mg. The legal limit is 80mg.     
                                        
 The inquest into the schoolboy, from   
 Virginia Water Surrey, was adjourned.
