 SAFETY CALL AFTER PARTY BLAST      
                                 
 A bonfire party accident in which 24   
 people were injured has led to a call  
 for all firework display organisers to 
 undergo compulsory training.           
                                        
 Those hurt when fireworks shot into the
 crowd at a free display in Willinhall, 
 Staffordshire, included 11 children.   
                                        
 The call comes from the Royal Society  
 for the Prevention of Accidents and is 
 backed by trading standards officers.
