 is only farmers who gain from putting  
 the clocks back.                       
                                        
 The Summit Time Act was introduced in  
 1916 as a daylight saving measure      
 during WWI.                            
                                        
 Tony visited the British Horological   
 Institute in Nottinghamshire. On       
 October 26, the public is invited to   
 bring their old clocks to Upton Hall   
 to be valued by a panel of experts.
