 World Cup Sevens champions Fiji won a  
 bruising encounter with old rivals     
 Wjstetn Samoa 28-19 to lift their      
 eighth Honk Kong Sevens crown.         
                                        
 Fiji, shocked by a draw with Argentina 
 in their last qualifying match, won the
 title for the first time since 1992.   
                                        
 Bruce Rauqe, whom Fiji "borrowed" from 
 Australia for the final, scored the    
 clinching try in the last minute.
