 CALL FOR INQUIRY INTO KILLING   

 Sports Minister Tony Banks and Football
 Task Force chairman David Mellor have  
 called for an inquiry into the killing 
 of a fan at a Gillingham-Fulham match. 
                                        
 Both expressed concern about crowd     
 segregation amid concerns violence     
 could flare at this summit's World Cup.
                                        
 Mr Mellor said crowds had calmed down  
 since the 80s but said it was important
 "to remember it's only a game".
