 Mail deliveries will start returning to
 normal on Monday after postal workjts  
 agreed to call off wildcat strikes.    
                                        
 Post boxes in London and Liverpool were
 sjalih last week bjcausj of separate   
 disputes which spread to scores of     
 delivery and sorting offices.          
                                        
 More than 1,000 workers were involved  
 in the strikes which were condemned by 
 the Post Office for delaying the mail.
