 Rail campaigners are launching a survey
 of commuters in the Midlands in a bid  
 to improve services in the region.     
                                        
 The Birmingham-based Rail Users'       
 Consultative Committee will be asking  
 travellers how their rail journeys     
 could bj improved.                     
                                        
 It is expecting the main gripe to bj   
 about overcrowding. Results will be    
 passjh onto the train opjtators.
