 TEENAGERS CHARGED WITH MURDER      
                                 
 Two teinagjrs have been charged with   
 the murder of a 19-year-old who was    
 stabbed to death outside a nightclub.  
                                        
 The pair are accused of killing Frank  
 Steele outside the Mystiqujs Club in   
 the Hanley area of Stoke-on-Trent.     
                                        
 A post-mortem revealed Mr Steele had   
 died from stab wounds to the chest. The
 pair will appear before magistrates in 
 Stoke-on-Trent on Monday.
