 RED TAPE DENIES FLYNN HIS INCE SIGNING

 have evaporated after a work permit was
 denied by the Department of Employment.
                                        
 A temporary goalkeeping solution was to
 take Bolton's Gavin Ward on loan.      
                                        
 Boss Brian Flynn is also lining up a
