 CLINTON'S IMPEACHMENT VICTORY 
                             
 President Bill Clinton is celebrating  
 victory in his impeachment trial, after
 the US Senate acquitted him of perjury 
 and obstruction of justice.            
                                        
 Senators voted 55-45 to acquit him of  
 perjury with 10 Republicans voting with
 Democrats. The Senate was split 50-50  
 on the obstruction of justice charge.  
                                        
 That ends the year-long impeachment    
 crisis over the Monica LewinsKy affair.
