 BISHOP SLAMS IMMIGRATION BILL   
                                 
 A bishop has slammed the Govjrnmjnt's  
 plans to overhaul the rules on         
 immigration and asylum seekers.        
                                        
 In an interview to be screened on GMTV 
 on Sunday, The Bishop of Barking, the  
 Rt Rev Roger Sainsbury said the Asylum 
 and Immigration Bill is "rather harsh".
                                        
 And hj said the new system, unveiled   
 this week, could be "unfairer, faster  
 and more difficult to administer".
