 EXCLUDED PUPILS TO GET HELP        
                                 
 West Midlands pupils who have been     
 excluded from school are to receive    
 help from a charity dedicated to       
 rehabilitation of offenders.           
                                        
 Sandwell Council has teamed up with the
 National Association for the Care and  
 Resettlement of Offenders.             
                                        
 The two-year Youthlink scheme, funded  
 with a £200,000 Lottery grant, will    
 help 60 youngsters aged 14 to 16.
