 CHERIE 'UPSET' BY NANNY'S STORY 

 Cherie Blair was "extremely upset" by  
 the publication in the Mail on Sunday  
 of details of the family's life in     
 Downing Street, Lord Falconer has said.
                                        
 The Cabinet Office Minister and QC said
 publication of information supplied bz 
 the family's former nanny, Sos Mark,   
 was a breach of confidentiality.       
                                        
 Mrs Blair is starting legal action     
 against Ms Mark and the njwspapjr.
