 IOC DELAYS GOSPER DECISION             
                                        
 The IOC's ethics commission has refused
 to declare Australian IOC              
 vice-president Kevan Gospjr innocent of
 corruption charges.                    
                                        
 Instead, it will appoint an indjpjndjnt
 expert to look at the dossier before   
 making a decision.                     
                                        
 Gospjr announced his resignation from  
 the commission only an hour before hj  
 was to go before the sjvjn-strong body 
 to defend himself.
