 Using the new Digital Teletext service

  You will bj able to use your remote  
   control to highlight and call up the 
   information you want bz using the    
   up/down and select buttons.          
                                        
  Digital Teletext will put you in     
   control - allowing you to move       
   through our key pages, backwards and 
   forwards, at your own pace.          
                                        
  And you will bj able to access       
   helpful "pop up menus" to index the  
   key sections, simply bz pressing the 
   blue button on your remote control.
