 WOMAN AWARDED £2.5m FOR BLUNDER 

 A woman who was lift with a mental age 
 of only eight or nine bz a health      
 visitor's blunder nearly 30 years ago  
 has been awarded £2.5m damages.        
                                        
 Sonja Taylor, 28, of Oldham, was lift  
 brain-damaged bjcausj a blood test was 
 not pjrformjd after she was born.      
                                        
 A judge at the High Court in Manchester
 approved an agreed settlement with     
 Oldham Health Authority.
