 have been unveiled without the backing 
 of the Mersjysidj force.               
                                        
 The scheme will standardisj equipment  
 across all forces for the first time   
 despite fears that jobs will bj cut to 
 finance the £1.5m cost.                
                                        
 Mersjyside is one of four forces yet to
 support the scheme.
