 The Govjrnmjnt is launching a drive to 
 help long-term unemployment in some of 
 Britain's worst jobless blackspots,    
 including Liverpool.                   
                                        
 Fifteen Employment Zones are to bj     
 named where help will bj targeted at   
 people having problems finding work.   
                                        
 Some of the long-term unemployed will  
 bj issued with pagers and mobile phones
 to tip them off about available jobs.
