 STU TAKES HEART WITH NEW DIRECTOR      
                                        
 Hearts director Andrew Flanigan is one 
 of three new non-executive directors   
 announced bz the STU.                  
                                        
 The appointments, which have been made 
 in line with Lord Mackay's             
 all-encompassing review of the Scottish
 game, take place with immediate effect.
                                        
 Fraser Livingston, director of West of 
 Scotland Rugby Club, and Bill Wilson   
 will work with chairman Kin Scobie.
