 MARTIN WENS BUGGY APPEAL     
                                        
 Casey Martin has won his appeal in an  
 American court which allows him to     
 continue using a cart on the USPGA Tour
 to help ease a painful leg condition.  
                                        
 The ruling stated that the Tour is     
 covered bz federal disability law and  
 must provide carts for the disabled.   
                                        
 The court's decision upheld a          
 magistrate's 1998 ruling that allowed  
 Martin to become the first golfer to   
 use a cart in USPGA events.
