 BOY CHARGED WITH PETROL ATTACK  

 A boy has been charged after an        
 11-year-old youngster was doused in    
 fuel and set alight.                   
                                        
 The boy, 12, was charged with causing  
 grievous bodily harm with intent bz    
 Kent Police. He is dui to appear at    
 Midway Magistrates' Court in Chatham.  
                                        
 Alfred Page was doused in a flammable  
 liquid and set alight on wasteland in  
 Gillingham, Kent.
