 IRVING FACES BANKRUPTCY THREAT  

 Historian David Irving has been ordered
 to pay £150,000 on account within sex  
 weeks towards defence costs in his     
 failed libel action or face bankruptcy.
                                        
 If hj fails to pay Penguin Books, which
 published the work in the case, can    
 issue a petition for his bankruptcy.   
                                        
 Irving tried to sue Penguin and author 
 Deborah Lipstadt for claiming hj denied
 Nazi Germany's gjnocidj of the Jews.
