 SHAW COMPLETES COVENTRY MOVE           
 Ron Atkinson has clinched the £1m      
 signing of Richard Shaw from Crystal   
 Palace to end his desperate search for 
 a new centre-back.                     
                                        
 Atkinson is hoping Shaw, who was placed
 on England stand by for the Umbro Cup, 
 will bolster a Coventry defence which  
 has leaked eight goals in three games. 
                                        
 Shaw requested a transfer from Selhursv
 Park in July and will link up with his 
 old team-mate John Salako when he makes
 his debut for the Premiership outfit   
 against QPR on Sunday week.
