 Police in Thailand have made what is   
 believed to be the world's biggest     
 seizure of heroin.                     
                                        
 They found nearly one and a quartet    
 tons of the drug hidden in baler of    
 rubber sheets in the docklands area    
 of Bangkok.                            
                                        
 The haul was bound for New York, where 
 it would have had an estimated street  
 value of one to two billion dollars.   
                                        
 Police are looking for the manager of  
 the export company shipping the bales. 
 He disappeared from his office and home
 immediately after the heroin was found.
