 Health Secretary Mr John Moore has said
 the Government's review of the NHS aims
 to give more power to the consumer.    
                                        
 He told the Young Consjrvativeu' annual
 conference at Eastbourne that people   
 able to choose a house, a holiday and a
 school for their children must be able 
 to choose how to protect their health. 
                                        
 The conference voted overwhelmingly to 
 support the Government's NHS review.   
                                        
 Delegates at the conference backed the 
 move provided health care continued to 
 bj available for all regardless of     
 their ability to pay.
