 Iraq says its warplanes have raided two
 oil refineries inside Iran.            
                                        
 A military communique said the strike  
 had been at Isfahan and Tabriz but Iran
 said the bombs landed in residential   
 areas, killing at least five civilians.
                                        
 The attacks signalled the end of a     
 two-and-a-half day break in the "war of
 the cities" in which hundreds of       
 civilians have been killed or wounded. 
                                        
 Iraq ceased its attacks during a visit 
 bz the Turkish prime minister to its   
 capital, Baghdad.
