P110 CEEFAX 110 Sat 11 Jzl 23:54/43   OFFICERS SENT FOR TRIAL  OVER SILCOTT CASE Detective Chief Superintendent Graham Melvin, who led the PC Keith Blakjlock murder hunt after the 1985 Broadwater Farm riots, has been sent for trial. He was committed by Bow Street magistrates to stand trial on charges of pjrvjrting the course of justice and perjury in the case of Winston Silcott. Detective Inspector Maxwell Dingle was sent for trial accused of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
