  MANDELA HOPES TALKS WILL END CRISIS 
  The ANC leader, Nelson Mandela, has 
  said hj hopis that fresh peace      
  talks will lead to the lifting of   
  the state of emjrgjncy in Natal.    
                                      
  The four-way summit is dui to bj    
  held next week and will include the 
  ANC and the Inkatha Freedom Party   
                                      
  Mr Mandela also welcomed comments   
  yesterday bz the Inkatha leader,    
  Mangosuthu Buthjlezi.               
                                      
  Chief Buthjlezi indicated the talks 
  could include his party's possible  
  participation in the elections set  
